MODE OF PARTICIPATION
We offer two alternatives
- Face-to-face participation in Sanliurfa
- Online participation (by Zoom program)
APPLICATION & REGISTRATION STEPS
- You must apply to our congress by sending abstract until June 10, 2026 as word/doc format to gapzirvesi@gmail.com
- The evaluation process takes 3 days. If your abstract is accepted by referees, we send you an acceptance mail
- Congress presentation program announcement day is June 14, 2026. Please follow our web site and in June 15, 2026 check the program. Program includes zoom ID and password
- Full text submission is not mandatory. We can publish only abstracts also. But if you want to publish your full text in proceedings book you need to send your full text between June 21, 2026 to gapzirvesi@gmail.com as word/doc format
Attention: It is mandatory to include ORCID NO, mobile phone number, and an English abstract in your abstract
GUIDELINES
Abstract/ Full Text Guidelines
- Times New Roman, 11 pt. (Article title, names of authors, institutions, e-mail addresses, abstract and all keywords should be in 11 pt. For parts such as graphics, tables, the author's font size can be determined by the author in the most appropriate way)
- Give the line spacing 1
- Do not indent at the beginning of the paragraph from the left.
- MAIN titles should be written in CAPITAL letters and bold
- You can use the APA citation style
- Your full texts must be at least 10 pages.
- SUMMARY, INTRODUCTION, RESEARCH AND FINDINGS, CONCLUSION and REFERENCES sections should be shown under separate headings in your full texts.
